I spontaneously walked in to tour the community and luckily I stumbled into Kaylie. She gave me a tour and I’m convinced nobody knows this place better than her. She told me about all the ins and outs of this place and catered to every need I had. She got me to lease here and made me back out of a lease I had just signed. Ask for Kaylie! Hands down the best leasing team I’ve ever dealt with. Kaylie, Ayesha, and Cassandra care about what they do and it shows. They treat you as so much more than just a tenant. Couldn’t be happier living here. Best apartments in the valley.

I loving living here, the property is always clean and well kept. The front office is helpful, Kaylie is the sweetest and always quick to find a solution to resolve any issues I have. 10/10 would recommend this property to anyone searching for a new home!

Kaylie in the leasing office is amazing! She made the move in process so easy. She is helpful and so friendly, you can tell she loves her residents! Apartment and amenities are very nice! Would highly recommend 😊

The Moxie, as well as their lovely Kaylie, are oh so welcoming. Kaylie answers the phone every time with so much kindness, it’s contagious and makes my day. I love loveeee life at the Moxie, and just had to come out here and say it, because this kind of community is hard to come by nowadays!!

Great place!
This place has everything I was looking for. Amazing gym, great atmosphere, and fantastic new apartment floorplans. Kaylie was very helpful and did a great job walking me through all the amenities this place has to offer, which really helped finalize my choice to become a resident.
