Kaylie was so kind and helpful giving us a tour and so helpful answering questions about the apartments, this place is so nice and beautiful definitely recommend coming here to take a tour of their apartments they are very nice! (cute lil pugs in the leasing office :)

I did not visit the Moxie in person but had the opportunity to speak with Kaylie over the phone regarding one-bedroom apartments. During our conversation, she effectively conveyed the essence of what the Moxie represents. Kaylie addressed all of my inquiries, making the process significantly easier for me as an out-of-state potential resident. She not only provided information about the community but also offered a website for virtual tours and inquired whether I would like to schedule a virtual tour myself or receive a video showcasing the Moxie and the one-bedroom layouts. This level of personalized service, rather than simply directing me to a website, demonstrates her commitment to ensuring that prospective residents feel informed and valued. Compared to my experiences with other properties, Kaylie’s genuine care for how individuals perceive the Moxie and her professionalism stood out. I am confident that once I am in-state, the Moxie will be my first and only choice.
