We have lived here for just about 2 months and, even before moving in, everyone and everything at Moxie has been amazing! We had a set deadline on when we needed to move in and what floor/unit we wanted. From the day we toured until we had a unit to apply for, Kaylie has been beyond helpful! She is always quick to respond to my nonstop emails, and even called me personally the day our unit became available! The application and move in process were super straightforward and easy. Kaylie was out of office when we came to pick up keys, but Nuria was just as sweet and helpful! We were able to get our move in packet, keys, and everything needed to start our journey here without any issue. Since moving in, the experience has just gotten better. We did need to put in a few maintenance requests for little things right after moving in, however, these were responded to and fixed within a day or 2. Maintenance staff are extremely responsive and efficient. If they have a question about the request, they will call you right away to see what they can help with. I would highly recommend this beautiful community. Great amenities, beautiful grounds, and kind helpful staff, you canât go wrong!
