The front office staff was absolutely amazing when my sister and I came to tour here recently! Kaylie and Cassandra were so helpful and friendly during our experience! The tour was amazing and the complex is truly so beautiful. Amazing location, beautiful apartments, awesome staff! Would definitely recommend to those looking for a nice place to stay in Gilbert!

I recently had the opportunity to spend some time and check out The Moxie in Gilbert AZ, and really thought it was an impressive community from top to bottom. Being one of the newer properties in the area, everything feels fresh, modern, and extremely well maintained. The grounds are clean, the amenities are thoughtfully designed, and the overall atmosphere has a really great energy to it. One detail that really stood out to me was the flooring throughout the units. The vinyl plank has a sleek, luxurious and high-end look and is clearly installed with care, and the carpet in the bedrooms feels clean, soft, and well-kept. It’s those kinds of details that really elevate the living experience and show pride in the property. The team on-site is also fantastic. Cassandra does a great job leading the community, and it shows in how smoothly everything runs. Dante on the maintenance side is knowledgeable and takes pride in his work, and both Kaylie and Nuria in the leasing office are always friendly, welcoming, and helpful whenever I’m there. Overall, Moxie is a standout property in Gilbert with beautiful finishes, great amenities, and a team that clearly cares. Definitely a community worth checking out!
