Kaylie was so helpful and nice! She was very professional and polite with everything. The apartment it self is absolutely beautiful and I loved the setup! The gym and pool were also very nice along with the club house 🏠!

I recently toured The Moxie and I have to say it was one of the best apartment touring experiences I’ve had during my search. Leasing consultant Kaylie was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. She was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about the community, you could tell she truly believes in the place she’s representing, and that energy is contagious. Kaylie did a fantastic job walking us through everything, answered every question thoughtfully, and made the whole experience feel personalized to my needs. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous and the amenities appear to be top notch. Thanks to Kaylie, The Moxie has become a serious contender in my search. If you’re considering touring, ask for her, you won’t be disappointed! .
