Been here for 6 months age I love it! It’s beautiful and well taken care of. But the staff especially are the draw! They put a lot into organizing community events and appreciation. Every inquiry/request has always been responded to promptly and kindly. Such a great place to call home!

My sister and law and I have been touring several apartments in the area this past week, Moxie has definitely been the most welcoming and professional. I called Kaylie S. this morning, and she got us in for an immediate visit to tour the unit. She was extremely thorough with making sure my sister got exactly what she wanted in a home. She broke down costs and amenities in a manner that made us truly feel like we understood each piece of information about the property, and was very patient and informative with answering all our questions. I cannot wait for my sister to move in! I feel very reassured that the building is secure and safe. Thank you so much Kaylie for a great tour. (:

Moving across the country without knowing anyone, I was nervous about finding a place that felt like home. The Moxie has been everything I needed and more. The front office team is incredibly responsive and supportive—Kailey is always welcoming and kind, and Cassandra and Aeysha are diligent and thorough with any leasing questions. The facilities team is just as reliable—quick to respond and always professional in resolving issues. Their attentiveness and care made my transition smoother than I could have hoped. I am so grateful to have found a place where people genuinely care about their residents.

The Moxie is a beautiful new property. On a tour with Kayliee she filled me in with all the details about this complex. For being opened not even a year ago, the place is fairly quiet. I loved the look of this complex and how well kept it was. Not only that but the unit was very spacious. For a 1 bed, 746 square feet it was so open and felt like a cozy place to go after a long day at work. I noticed the valet trash services too and as someone who hates having to take out my own trash I thought that was a very nice luxury service they have here. The pool looked beautiful. You can tell it’s very well kept. The gym was huge. I felt like I was able to enjoy a workout without being over crowded like a normal gym would be like. A nice plus was the gym is 24 hours 7 days a week. This complex did check a lot of my boxes off. I think that what also helped sell it besides the greenery, amenities, and the layout of the units they have to offer was how passionate kaylie was about this place. If she is this enthusiastic and sure of her priority I can only imagine how the other staff members in the office are. I hope to come across them soon. This complex seems like a good choice for me and me
