The management staff is always attentive to your needs, and if you'd like to come and meet them, Aisha and Kelie are the best at assisting you and helping you make your move easier. The Moxie is a wonderful place to live happily.

I can’t say enough great things about Kaylie, the leasing agent at The Moxie Apartments! From day one, she was incredibly helpful, informative, and truly went above and beyond to ensure I found the apartment that was the perfect fit for me. What really sets Kaylie apart is her kind and caring heart — she doesn’t just do her job, she genuinely cares about the people who live here. She took the time to listen to what I needed, answered every question with patience and honesty, and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. Not only do I appreciate her, but my pup absolutely adores her too! Every time we go on a walk, Kaylie is the person my dog gets most excited to see — she always stops to say hi and give her love.

Just moved states and found an amazing apartment complex in Gilbert, Arizona. The facility is top-tier, but what truly sets it apart is the staff. Kaylie was welcoming, personable, knowledgeable, incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. She made my move-in smooth and stress-free, getting everything handled quickly. I highly recommend checking this place out — it's in a great location and the experience has been fantastic.

I moved in Feb I have had a wonderful experience living here and the staff is amazing. I met with the assistant manager Aeysha who toured me after a lengthy apartment search, I know immediately touring this place. This is where I wanted to live so thank you Aeysha!!! You made it such a smooth move in. Kaylie is so vibrant and helpful very bubbly and is so attentive so help. I appreciate your energy everytime I see you and Winston wanted to say thank you for all the love and scratches. For the price and all the luxury amenities you really can’t beat it. Great location close to everything including the freeway within a mile distance. I wouldn’t want to be living anywhere else all the neighbors are friendly. Love the Moxie Fam ❤️

We are enjoying living in our new apartment home! The fitness facility is top notch, the pool is perfect and the club house and other amenities is everything we need. Great location that is close to so many shopping avenues - retail and grocers, plus easy access to the highway. Our leasing representative was easy to work with, answered all our questions and got us in our living space by our desired moving in date. Thank you Kailey!

The Moxie is by far the best complex I have lived in, in the east valley. The amenities are all stunning and top of the line, zero issues so far! Maintenance does a beautiful job keeping the grounds very well kept and is incredibly quick to respond to any inquiries. Kaylie in the front office has been such a pleasure to work with throughout the entire application/move-in process and is never short of a wide smile and warm greeting upon entering the office. I highly recommend The Moxie to anybody in search of a refined standard of living

I moved in about 2 weeks ago and it has been great so far! Kaylie is always super friendly and helpful. The apartments are very nice inside and well maintained throughout the property.

After living here for just over a month, this place continues to exceed my expectations. Everything is new and well maintained and the community does a good job keeping it that way. The biggest positives have been the the leasing office and the gym. Kaylie did an outstanding job answering my questions and helping me with the move-in process. During my tour, I was very impressed with the scale of the gym, in particular the two full squat racks and extensive collection of cardio machines (rower, stair-climber, treadmills, etc.). There are quite a few amenities I haven't mentioned that just add onto an already amazing place to live.

I’m a current renter at The Moxie, and I’ve got to say—these are easily some of the best apartments out there. The amenities are top-notch—from the pool to the gym, there’s always something to do. From day one, the experience has been solid. When you walk into the office, you’re welcomed by Kaylie, who brings great energy and really knows her stuff. She’s super helpful and makes sure everything runs smoothly
