After living here for just over a month, this place continues to exceed my expectations. Everything is new and well maintained and the community does a good job keeping it that way. The biggest positives have been the the leasing office and the gym. Kaylie did an outstanding job answering my questions and helping me with the move-in process. During my tour, I was very impressed with the scale of the gym, in particular the two full squat racks and extensive collection of cardio machines (rower, stair-climber, treadmills, etc.). There are quite a few amenities I haven't mentioned that just add onto an already amazing place to live.

I’m a current renter at The Moxie, and I’ve got to say—these are easily some of the best apartments out there. The amenities are top-notch—from the pool to the gym, there’s always something to do. From day one, the experience has been solid. When you walk into the office, you’re welcomed by Kaylie, who brings great energy and really knows her stuff. She’s super helpful and makes sure everything runs smoothly

The moxie has been awesome, Kaylie got us approved and moved in quick. She is such an amazing person and so helpful with everything.

This place is everything and more. Can’t express enough how great it is. The pool area is beautiful and the fitness center is top notch, along with everything else this place has to offer. I’m very excited to be living here and beyond happy to call this place my new home. Shoutout Kaylie at the front office! She is the BEST of the BEST. Any questions you may have, she’s got you! 👌🏼

I was 18 stressed to look for apartments and almost knew nothing until i found the Moxie, when Kaylie helped me out with everything, walked me though the whole thing and just so nice, 11/10 great apartments never complained

Hard to have any complaints! These apartments are beautiful and the location is amazing with everything and anything you would need less than a mile away. Pool and gym are both very nice as well as all the common areas. The staff is always friendly! Kaylie is amazing and always helps with making sure we get our packages! I would recommend these apartments

There isn't much bad to say. The place is beautiful. Nice landscaping and a nice pool and gym. Very pet friendly. The staff is super friendly and seems to genuinely care about your experience living here. Only complaint is that it can be noisy if you have upstairs neighbors, but that is the same of any complex without concrete floors. Would recommend this place if you want a nice place to live.

Kaylie was such a help with making my apartment finding fast and smooth. She helped me with everything. I am loving the Moxie and know I am in good hands with her in the office!
