The Moxie is the best place I have lived at so far! All the apartments are brand new, so they are clean, renovated and modern, and come with top-of-the-line appliances. You can even secure a two car personal garage, like we did, if you're quick enough! The ammentities are amazing. The pool is super clean, shaded, and resembles a resort. The gym is the best apartment gym I've ever seen. It has two full squat racks with heavy plates and plenty of cable machines and cardio equipment. The leasing process was smooth and easy with Kaylie at the front office. She gave us a tour in the early summer and we were hooked. She, and the other staff, are all very attentive to any issues we experience as well.

SO happy with the entire process we experienced here!! Kaylie is the BEST :) absolutely consider the Moxie if you’re looking for a new place to live!
