I can’t say enough great things about Kaylie, the leasing agent at The Moxie Apartments! From day one, she was incredibly helpful, informative, and truly went above and beyond to ensure I found the apartment that was the perfect fit for me. What really sets Kaylie apart is her kind and caring heart — she doesn’t just do her job, she genuinely cares about the people who live here. She took the time to listen to what I needed, answered every question with patience and honesty, and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. Not only do I appreciate her, but my pup absolutely adores her too! Every time we go on a walk, Kaylie is the person my dog gets most excited to see — she always stops to say hi and give her love.

I moved in Feb I have had a wonderful experience living here and the staff is amazing. I met with the assistant manager Aeysha who toured me after a lengthy apartment search, I know immediately touring this place. This is where I wanted to live so thank you Aeysha!!! You made it such a smooth move in. Kaylie is so vibrant and helpful very bubbly and is so attentive so help. I appreciate your energy everytime I see you and Winston wanted to say thank you for all the love and scratches. For the price and all the luxury amenities you really can’t beat it. Great location close to everything including the freeway within a mile distance. I wouldn’t want to be living anywhere else all the neighbors are friendly. Love the Moxie Fam ❤️

Great location that is close to so many shopping avenues - retail and grocers, plus easy access to the highway. The Moxie is by far the best complex I have lived in, in the east valley. The amenities are all stunning and top of the line, zero issues so far! Maintenance does a beautiful job keeping the grounds very well kept and is incredibly quick to respond to any inquiries. Kaylie in the front office has been such a pleasure to work with throughout the entire application/move-in process and is never short of a wide smile and warm greeting upon entering the office. I highly recommend The Moxie to anybody in search of a refined standard of living

After living here for just over a month, this place continues to exceed my expectations. Everything is new and well maintained and the community does a good job keeping it that way. The biggest positives have been the the leasing office and the gym. Kaylie did an outstanding job answering my questions and helping me with the move-in process. During my tour, I was very impressed with the scale of the gym, in particular the two full squat racks and extensive collection of cardio machines (rower, stair-climber, treadmills, etc.). There are quite a few amenities I haven't mentioned that just add onto an already amazing place to live.

Hard to have any complaints! These apartments are beautiful and the location is amazing with everything and anything you would need less than a mile away. Pool and gym are both very nice as well as all the common areas. The staff is always friendly! Kaylie is amazing and always helps with making sure we get our packages! There isn't much bad to say. The place is beautiful. Nice landscaping and a nice pool and gym. Very pet friendly. The staff is super friendly and seems to genuinely care about your experience living here. Only complaint is that it can be noisy if you have upstairs neighbors, but that is the same of any complex without concrete floors. Would recommend this place if you want a nice place to live.

Hi I’m a renter here at the Moxie and OMG LET ME TELL YOU!!!!!! These are by far the BEST apartments on the Market!! From the pool to the gym, dog park, and dog washing station!!!! There is so much to do here!!!!! When you first walk into the office you’re welcomed with the warmest smile and high energy presence of KAYLIE!!!! She is absolutely is the kindest person I’ve ever met she knows all you need to know even the smallest details. I definitely Think we will renew our lease here a lot of times!!!!!!

I took a tour at the moxie with no appointment set and they were very friendly and accountable to taking me to see 2 and 3 bedrooms. Kaylie is the one who me and my buddy toured with. She was super cool and really knowledgeable about the property and answered all of our questions perfectly. It was nice talking with her and have a friendlier vibe compared to other tours. The pool is probably my favorite part about the property. There were tons of lounge chairs and the grill was really close too. The 3 bedrooms were very spacious for an apartment. The living room was wide enough to fit a big couch or even a table. I loved the Moxie and definitely interested in a few months when ready to move in.

We had a fantastic tour led by Kaylie! We loved the apartment so much we just put in an application. Hoping to call the Moxie home soon 😊 The apartment itself is clean with great appliances. The gym was one of our favorite parts. They have a squat rack, leg press, lat pull down / row, and more. Having a full gym was a priority for us and the Moxie definitely delivered. The pool area looks great as well! We also love that the apartments are only accessible by key fob. The location is great, only a few minutes away from everything Gilbert has to offer.

The amenities are top-tier, too: a well-equipped gym, a refreshing pool, and a relaxing Jacuzzi. The community feels safe, friendly, and vibrant—everything you could want in a living space. If you're looking for a stylish, high-tech, and welcoming place to live, with an amazing team that truly cares, I can’t recommend The Moxie enough!

These apartments are brand new. Not a lot of photos available. They just started leasing in November of 2024. Not all units/buildings are yet available. I toured unit B1. I’m a big fan of the hotel style hallway. Very pretty. Pretty doors, smart locks, and lights. The pool is really nice. Both a heated pool and jacuzzi. The gym is very spacious. Nice enough to cancel a gym memberships. Two EV chargers are available. The apartment is nice. Nice amount of cabinet and counter space. The laundry room is small. There’s an outdoor storage closet. Bathrooms and closets are very spacious. Bedrooms are little small. Not a fan of the carpet in the bedrooms. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room. The location is amazing. It’s located next to/right behind a shopping plaza. Diagonal from that is Mesa Grand, another big shopping plaza. Close to the U.S 60 highway. Overall, these apartments seem very promising. I’m glad I had the pleasure to tour them. I’m still exploring other options, but so far, I am really considering applying here!
