I had the pleasure of touring The Moxie multiple times before moving in, and each visit confirmed that this was the perfect place to call home. The application process was seamless and much easier compared to other places I’ve lived in the past. Kaylie and the rest of the staff were incredibly supportive throughout the process, making everything smooth and stress-free. Even after moving in, Kaylie has continued to be friendly, caring, and welcoming, always creating a positive and inviting atmosphere. I also love the apartment’s TikTok presence—Kaylie puts so much time and effort into making fun and engaging content that adds to the community feel. The complex itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained. The neighbors are friendly, and there’s a great sense of community here. If you’re looking for a stylish, welcoming place to live with an amazing staff, I highly recommend The Moxie!

I had the pleasure of touring The Moxie multiple times, and each visit confirmed that this was the right choice for me. The community is modern, well-maintained, and has a cozy atmosphere that instantly feels like home. The neighbors are friendly, and the entire complex is kept exceptionally clean. Kaylie was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process, making everything smooth and stress-free. Of all the places I've lived, this was by far the easiest experience. She and the rest of the team were exceptionally helpful, providing clear and detailed explanations of pricing, fees, and the 6-week free promotion. Even after moving in, Kaylie has continued to be friendly and supportive, always making me feel welcome. On top of that, I absolutely love The Moxie’s TikTok presence! Kaylie has put in so much effort into the videos, and it really shows. It’s such a fun way to stay engaged with the community. Her dedication, along with the overall comfort and sense of community here, truly sets The Moxie apart!

I recently moved in to the Moxie and it has been wonderful. Kaylie and the other girls in the office have been so welcoming and helpful. They organized a neighborhood get together so I was able to meet a lot of great new people. They have been there to help with anything I’ve needed to make this a smooth transmission. I’m very hopeful this is going to be a great place free event to live!

I took a tour at the moxie with no appointment set and they were very friendly and accountable to taking me to see 2 and 3 bedrooms. Kaylie is the one who me and my buddy toured with. She was super cool and really knowledgeable about the property and answered all of our questions perfectly. It was nice talking with her and have a friendlier vibe compared to other tours. The pool is probably my favorite part about the property. There were tons of lounge chairs and the grill was really close too. The 3 bedrooms were very spacious for an apartment. The living room was wide enough to fit a big couch or even a table. I loved the Moxie and definitely interested in a few months when ready to move in.

We had a fantastic tour led by Kaylie! We loved the apartment so much we just put in an application. Hoping to call the Moxie home soon 😊 The apartment itself is clean with great appliances. The gym was one of our favorite parts. They have a squat rack, leg press, lat pull down / row, and more. Having a full gym was a priority for us and the Moxie definitely delivered. The pool area looks great as well! We also love that the apartments are only accessible by key fob. The location is great, only a few minutes away from everything Gilbert has to offer.

These apartments are brand new. Not a lot of photos available. They just started leasing in November of 2024. Not all units/buildings are yet available. I toured unit B1. I’m a big fan of the hotel style hallway. Very pretty. Pretty doors, smart locks, and lights. The pool is really nice. Both a heated pool and jacuzzi. The gym is very spacious. Nice enough to cancel a gym memberships. Two EV chargers are available. The apartment is nice. Nice amount of cabinet and counter space. The laundry room is small. There’s an outdoor storage closet. Bathrooms and closets are very spacious. Bedrooms are little small. Not a fan of the carpet in the bedrooms. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room. The location is amazing. It’s located next to/right behind a shopping plaza. Diagonal from that is Mesa Grand, another big shopping plaza. Close to the U.S 60 highway. Overall, these apartments seem very promising. I’m glad I had the pleasure to tour them. I’m still exploring other options, but so far, I am really considering applying here!

The three-bedroom property I examined is impressive and offers a variety of amenities. The fitness center is exceptional, catering to sports and exercise enthusiasts. Additionally, the facility accommodates pets and features an elevator for convenience. Overall, the property is of high quality, with a pleasant atmosphere and a friendly staff.
