I found these when I gave up hope on finding a decent apartment in Arizona and did a tour, lovely tour by Cassandra. Move in process extremely easy, Kaylie and Cassandra are absolutely amazing & really nice! Residents very nice 😊 Very quiet and I’m satisfied with my decision to move here especially in this time.

My Boyfriend and I barely moved in last Friday & so far, we love everything about The Moxie. We are so happy with the choice we made as far as choosing these apartments to call home. The leasing office ladies are very attentive, responsive, and respectful. The complex itself is very modern and luxury. For the price we pay, I'd say it's worth it. You can tell they put pride into making sure it's clean & well taken care off. As far as other tenants, it's very diverse here and everyone seems to be respectful. The parking here is amazing; I love how it's not a hassle to find a parking spot unlike my last apartment. You can also choose to get a garage, or park in the uncovered parking spaces, & for each tenant you get one covered space which is perfect! The location is near so many places whether if it's a Grocery Store, Restaurants, Fast Food, Gas Station, etc. All under 10 minutes or less. You can't beat that and on top of that easy access to the highways. If you are looking for an apartment, look no further. My Bf and I truly love our new home and can't wait to see what the future holds for us in our new journey.

Been here for 6 months age I love it! It’s beautiful and well taken care of. But the staff especially are the draw! They put a lot into organizing community events and appreciation. Every inquiry/request has always been responded to promptly and kindly. Such a great place to call home!

My sister and law and I have been touring several apartments in the area this past week, Moxie has definitely been the most welcoming and professional. I called Kaylie S. this morning, and she got us in for an immediate visit to tour the unit. She was extremely thorough with making sure my sister got exactly what she wanted in a home. She broke down costs and amenities in a manner that made us truly feel like we understood each piece of information about the property, and was very patient and informative with answering all our questions.
