Great experience
One of the best apartments I have lived in. The community is clean, well maintained, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Nuria and Kaylie in the leasing office. they have always been professional, welcoming, and quick to help whenever I needed anything. I really appreciate the great experience living here.

Kaylie and Nuria are amazing, and Cassandra, the property manager, is fantastic as well. The whole team is supportive, helpful, and very knowledgeable. They make the process easy and genuinely care about the residents. If you’re looking for a great place to live with great management, this is definitely it. One of the best decisions I’ve made!

Nuria - Moxie Tour
Absolutely loved the tour & my experience with Nuria. She was very knowledgeable, friendly & had great energy. I had a lot of questions and she was able to answer all of them - I feel super excited and calm about my decision making the move from my current apartment. Would highly recommend moxie / ask for Nuria.
